Booking responsibility
Customers are responsible for sharing correct pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, parcel descriptions, recipient information, timing requirements and any handling instructions required to complete the delivery successfully.
Service availability and pricing
Availability, estimated delivery time and pricing may vary based on distance, vehicle type, order category, route, traffic, weather, rider availability, special handling needs, tolls, waiting time and other operational conditions.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to misuse the website or service, submit false bookings, interfere with delivery tracking, send unlawful items or create situations that compromise rider, vehicle or customer safety.
Operational rights
GreenDriveDelivery may suspend, reject, cancel or limit service when a request creates legal, operational, payment, fraud or safety concerns. Additional verification may be requested for regulated products, high-value items or unusual movements.
